Ken Pojman is an exceptional project manager.  He provides technical oversight for many of the firm’s projects, including existing building 
assessment, construction detailing, development of specifications, and cost estimate analysis.  He plays an integral role in construction 
administration, and is known for his ability to interact effectively with construction managers and contractors.  

 

In addition to his role as a project manager, he often conducts quality control reviews for projects developed by other in-house architectural teams. Prior to joining Peter Gisolfi Associates, Mr. Pojman was responsible for office interior design projects for IBM’s Real Estate and Construction Division in White Plains, NY.  Since joining the firm in 1986, Mr. Pojman has been a key figure in many of the firm’s projects.
